Application Process:
Persons applying for membership must personally submit an Application for Membership at a Club meeting held on the second Wednesday of each month, at 7 p.m. Applicants should arrive by 6:45 p.m.
Working Membership:
Fee: $60 per calendar year (Jan-Dec)
Duties: Attendance at Monthly Meetings: At least 4 meetings a year, without missing 3 consecutive meetings. Call-offs do not count as either a miss or an attend.
Scheduled Workdays: There are at least three scheduled workdays a year. Missed days can be made up by you contacting the vice-president and making arrangements to do alternate work.
Work Assignments: Each working member will be assigned a work detail on a yearly basis by the vice-president. These may be mowing assignments, 3D shoot setup/teardown, clubhouse cleanup, or other assignments as needed. All supplies and equipment will be provided by the club.
Privileges: Issued keys to the front gate and the clubhouse, allowing full access to all club facilities at any time. Also, has voting privileges at club meetings.
The use of all Club Facilities. Main Gate, Supply Shed, and Club House Keys. Voting privileges in elections of officers, Club matters and policies. Club Newsletter.
Probationary Period: All new working members are subject to a three-month probationary period. During this period, they will be assigned an initial work detail. Successful completion of this assignment and attendance at meetings and workdays will be considered in accepting them as full working members. The clubhouse key and voting privileges will only be extended after a person is accepted as a full working member.
Social Membership:
Fee: $120 per calendar year (Jan-Dec)
Duties: Payment of annual fee.
Privileges: Issued a key to the front gate only, allowing access to all outdoor ranges.
The use of all Club Facilities. Club Newsletter.
Junior Members:
Fee: $50/ year (18 years and under, no adult membership)
Privileges: Junior Members are not issued keys.
1) Archery hunting, for members ONLY, is permitted on club property with a valid Pennsylvania hunting license and appropriate tags.
2) ALL firearm and airgun hunting is PROHIBITED. No exceptions. Violation could result in expulsion.
3) All members hunting on club grounds must sign in and out, and also note the location they are hunting, on the sheets available in the orange box by the shed man door.
4) All equipment left on property must tagged with owner’s name. Stands/blinds must be removed within 7 days of season’s end.
5) If you are stalking/still-hunting be aware of any other signed-in hunters and their location. Please respect their space.
6) If you do harvest a deer, please eviscerate and leave gutpiles in the woods, NOT in shooting lanes.
7) Report any harvest to a Board member. Feel free to share a photo we can post to our website.
Falcon Archers Hunting Rules

General Information Hours of Operation:
The clubhouse has no set hours. As long as a working member is available, the clubhouse facilities may be used by all. All members must leave the club house when the last working member leaves. All members have full access to all outdoor facilities between 5 a.m. and midnight. No one is permitted on the club grounds between midnight and 5 a.m. unless there is a special event scheduled. All ranges are closed during public shoots.
Smoking and Alcoholic Beverages: The clubhouse is a non-smoking area. Smoking is permitted on outdoor ranges. Please dispose of your cigarette butts properly. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on club property.
Equipment:
The club owns and maintains numerous pieces of bow tuning equipment, including a bow press, bow scale, a paper tuning frame, and, when a director or officer is present, a chronograph. This equipment is located in the clubhouse and may be used by any member when a working member is present to open the clubhouse. Club equipment is for members only to use. If you are unsure how to properly use a piece of equipment, please ask for assistance. This will help prevent damage to the equipment and possible injury to yourself. Guests of members are not permitted to use the equipment, but members can work on guest's equipment. Junior members must be accompanied by an adult when using any club equipment. Please report any broken or damaged equipment to the vice-president, so it can be repaired. Falcon Archers will not be held responsible for any member's equipment left unattended on club property. Any equipment left on the club property is done at your own risk.
ID Tags:
On a yearly basis, as dues are paid, all members are issued an ID tag. These tags should be displayed in plain view while on the club grounds. The tags are color coded and dated to correspond to the membership type and year. Lost tags will be replaced at a $5.00 fee.
